- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They continuously take on new patients when they can't cope with the ones they have now. If you want an appointment to see a Dr don't expect to get one within a month unless it's a clinical emergency that needs seeing to that day. The older reception staff are incredibly rude and unsympathetic, I have been offended by there manner on numerous occasions I suggest they are in the wrong profession and should not have direct contact with poorly and vulnerable people that deserve better. Have raised safeguarding with CQC on one occasion also because of my poorly boy being refused his repeat medication which was then blamed on a technical glitch. Not good enough. Working in care myself it's really shocking this place continues as it is. The only saving grace is the Drs are lovely. I'm looking to move surgeriesby Daisy PowellMarch 02, 2017
